You know that Eevee that you get in Hearthome City and how it's supposed to be at level 25. Guess what, it's at a level 20. So now I have to get some TM's to give this weak little thing some good attacks for the Gym.
Did anyone else notice this? Or is Ninendo doing something new where the level of the pokemon varies?

Yeah, Serebii was wrong. But it is very possible that in the Japanese version it was lvl 25 and they just changed it when they made the English version of it.

I noticed that, too.
I think Mummification might be right, but then again, one can't be too sure when the ratio is 50/50.
