What did you catch Giratina in? And where?
I caught him in the Distortion World in a Dusk Ball. It was so F***ing hard! I had to keep starting the battle over. I got him down to like 1-2 HP and Paralyzed him, but he still wouldn't stay in the damn ball. ~_~ After about three battles with him, I was finally able to get a wiggle, but then after the 7-8 battle, I got the second wiggle. Then I lost count. But after several tries, I got him. So hard annoying. The hardest this I've ever had to catch. And it was only Lv.47! WTF, shouldn't be that hard. ...Anywho, what did you guys catch him in? My Aipom is famous for being the strongest Aipom ever on this site.

I caught him with an Ultra Ball. The first time in Distortion World, I had to shut down once, and the secind time I fought I caught him after 10 or so throws.

Distortion world, with an ultra ball. i had to put him to sleep and drag his hp down to 1 with my traded gallade's false swipe. It still took about 28 throws. I caught dialga with an ultra ball in two throws when its hp was in the yellow. That isn't right.

I'm sure you're all thrilled... Anyway I may come back to Pokemon in a while, but for now SuperCheats still doesnt have forums for the games that I play a lot. It was horrible, I had to restart 4 times before my Swampert finally froze him and got him down in the yellow. It was incredibly hard to try and catch him while he's whittlin' my Pokemon down. But I did really like the music for his battle. But I had it planned out to catch him in a Dusk Ball cause I like the animation when he comes out. But I do agree it was incredibly hard. I hadthe same problem as you dos, after 40 ultras, 5 quick, 10 timers, 30 dusks, and 5 restarts, i used my master ball... hardest pokemon i have ever caught...

I got him just in red, threw two Ultras, one Great, and I caught him in the Great. XD
And in the Distortion World. |

I always throw ultraballs to legendaries, and when i run out of them, i throw a great ball, and it captures the pokemon! O.o XD [center]

I tried to get him in a Dusk Ball but I ran out so decided to just use a Timer Ball. That worked rather well actually.

My first run on the game, I got him with a Timer Ball after 3 battles.
My second run, maybe 7 battles? Whittled his health down, barred his attacks with Empol, and got him with an Ultra Ball. I did rebattle for the music occasionally.. and nature. xD  Sig and Avy by Me ~ |

I got lazy so I just decided to use my master ball....
(on his first try) Shut up! (after about 3 seconds he caught it) hey I did not! (yeah you did) nu- uh! (yeah you did) Soooo?... I haven't quite got to the part where you catch Giratina yet, but when I do I'm refusing to use a master ball on it, but is it that much harder to catch at lv47 than it was in DP at lv70?

Poke Ball. Sheer Luck. I'm serious. 1 HP with False Swipe, Sleeping also. Used up 15 Ultra, 10 Timer, 5 Great, 10 Dusk. And All it took was 1 Poke Ball.

Mine has a Hasty nature. I refused to catch it with a Master Ball cause I wanted to save it for one of the roamers. I ended up tradin' some Pokemon with Master Balls over to catch them though since the last time I tried to catch a roamer legit was in LG with Suicune, which took several tries with a Wobuffet. I actually got Giratina to where he had to use Struggle and he killed himself. I really loved the music, parts of it sound like some sort of creepy horror movie and other parts sound like a climactic battle, awsome.

Well I Caught him in the Distortion World with a Timer Ball. The first battle I had Giratina i had it down to 1-2HP used Ultra it had 3 wiggles then he escaped i tried using ultra ball but it didnt work
He killed my pokemon then i accidentally hit flee so i shut it off. so i started my second battle and got it down to red. The Ultra Ball didnt work so i used timer ball and caught Giratina. « Last edited by mewtwo100 on May 3rd 2009 » I Have Pokemon Diamond!,

i caught giratina with my 5th dusk ball 1st battle. get a lvl 50 floatzel with ice fang then use it till it freezes. lob pokeballs at it till it stays. I caught dialga and palkia both with the 3rd ultra ball 1st battle.i f***ing hate regigigas!!! it took my 20 dusk balls, 20 ultra balls and 6 timer balls to catch a bloody lvl 1!!!!!

I am like you Demon, I caught him in the Distortion world after 38 Dusk Balls. I had 5 Pokemon with me because I wanted to see how much HP I wittled down from him before I actually caught him. I was about to snap his neck when my 38th ball caught him. He had 2 HP left I wask like this damn B**** almost took all my Dusk Balls. However I had bought 60 just for the occassion. I was realy fortunate too he was Adamant Nature, just the nature I wanted this time around so I could have me a defensive attacker. He had 31 IV's in Attack and HP which was cool. 23 in two other's and a suck *** 12 in Speed and 9 in Sp Attack which I really didn't care about, lol. He's now a beast however I keep him in the Altered form and the one I got from Pearl I keep in his Origina form because he has beter move stats for that form.
