I think it's fake. Plain and simple.
I'm fairly sure they won't add new pokemon in Platinum, they'll add them in Gen V. Also, the focus around the shadow is less than it is around the rest of the picture. My Japanese - English is terrible so I'll try and get my friend to translate that for me, or make it romaji, which I can understand slightly better... O_o Nah, forget it - I'll just make him translate it straight into English...
