Well, Mr.Kincaid and his "Not running in the hallway" trademark saying is funny everywhere in this game, even to the last minute in the Liberate the Tower Extra Mission.

Well, that kind of talking (repeating name of yourself) is quite common in my country, so I don't find it hilarious.
The game also gives people laugh with the stupid actions and talking of Dim Sun grunts. They always say "We are not doing anything illegal" stuff or big-mouthedly tell everything about their plan to us when we confront them.

Also how Mr. Brighton's assistant(I forget his name) always uses Rattatas is funny. When he threw 10 Rattatas at me, I captured them in a few seconds.

I thought the funniest part was when you were just about to capture Darkrai, oh the suspense, and Brighton throws a Bidoof at you. xD I captured it in 2 seconds with one loop.

I don't find that too much of a secret. Actually, the Ascension Square quest makes me quite disappointed.
