I haven't found registeel yet, but I do[i][/i] know where regice is. It is in the place above Wintown. You need a water, two triple breakers, and a triple fire to get to it.

Ok, I have captured Regice and Regirock, and I have found Registeel. But no matter how hard I try I can't capture it. So if anyone can give me tips for easy capture, it would be most welcome.

i done it with no help of assist,when they finish if there move,slowly circle it
