You have to be fast and avoid his HYPER BEAM and do it while he's flying and before he makes the ground explode!

start circling when he starts flying and be fast if he drops pick up the pen the ground will go BOOM!

Salamence is tough. It might take you awhile. You need to wait 'til he starts flying, then start circling. Follow him while he's flying, and stop when he starts to use earthquake. Also try not to let him touch your styler's capture line while he's flying. Just , still pressing down, stop moving the capture line.
