I have seen many posts that say he is in the forest behind a bush, but the only Pokemon behind bushes I have found are Venasaur, Combuskin, and Bulbasaur. So can someone please tell me exactly where he is at.

by the place in the forest where u found the "old man" there is a bush there that can be cut typhlosion is in there

Some people shouldn't say anything mean if they don't have nothing nice to say at all. These forums to everyone's underdstanding are to conversate with other's to help out and make comments on the games under each specific topic and what it pertains too. There is no need to be rude to anyone and if your annoyed with someone's question or quest for help. You don't have to answer it, someone else will who is more enthused about helping out.
