ya bubble is the bast against him it will get him for not too long

you can't theres no pokemon in there to catch exept flygon, kingdra, salamance, charizard, and enti and they all go away when you catch them.

oh there ok when he is walking around and there are flame on the floor draw the capture line slowly around the flames and him and when the flames go out really fast
