Wrong, are you for getting the starters, eeveelutions & such?. I didn't mean the different species, I meant how many couldn't you get. You can't get the blue version of the 11 stated before + 2 of the eeveelutions, 1 of the choice fossils, 2 of the starters, Alakazam, Machamp, Gengar & Golem. You need to trade to get them =P.
So in all, you miss out on 25 pokemon, 26 including Mew.

no, u can get mew. the gambler trick isnt a cheat, since "cheating" is the only way to get it.

well then there are no "bird" types. there are plenty of "flying" types, but all the "bird" types are glitches of some sort or another. and i'm not interested in looking at the hex values for trainers and pokes and finding out how many are unoccupied and how many of THOSE are part bird.
