Gyarados as Water/Dragon would suck, since its Special Attack is pretty bad anyway, the STAB HP [Flying] can kick *** when use dcorrectly.

Armaldo can't learn any good Bug moves, but it's an awesome Swords Dancer.

Yeah but on Gyarados if you really can't be bother to get HP Flying you can just use Hydro Pump instead of it.

I use Surf instead of it. Hey, it's STAB, got great power, got 15 PP and it has good accuracy. Besides, Gyarados' Special Attack isn't terrible or anything, it's only base 5 power less than Quagsire's, who is a great pokmon.

Oof, tond of grest flyers, quite hard to choose! Altaria's a beast in the later generations, but it's rather subpar in R/S/E. Skarmory is great defensively, and I also find Pelipper overrated. Overall, though: I think Swellow takes the cake.

I think altaria and skarmory are better but i think tropius is good too and maybe wingull/pelliper are also great. But note skarmory is weak to electric type. Tropius is weak to ice. I rather say altaria or pelliper will be a great flying pokemon.

Salamance is the strongest flying-type non-legendary in the game. I like non-legendaries because legendary sprites are too big, their level-up moves are kinda sucky, they're hard to get to and catch, and I like having normal Pokemon for an even fight instead of OP Legendaries recking the place.

Flygon seems to be pretty powerful, even though he is not flying type, he can learn a lot of the flying type moves.

A good flying type may be a Golbat, which can be found around middle-late game at level 33-36. This can learn Fly and can be a great addition to your team. It has fast stats and a good attack and evolves into Crobat with full happiness.
You might also want a Pidgeotto. It can be found in the Safarai Zone: Area 2 at level 30 with DexNav application. It will later evolve into a Pidgeot, a good Pokemon with a solid Attack and Speed. Mega evolving it isn't necessary in Omega Ruby .
Altaria has a good Sp. Def and can be more of a tanky flying type. You can catch it as a Swablu at level 16-19. Salamence is also a solid pick for a flying type as it has amazing Attack and Speed. You can get it as a Bagon in Meteor Falls at level 37-40. You do not have to mega evolve these either.
Astronautical will put up some good movesets and stats for these Pokemon.
I hope I helped!
Oh yeah your team is good so far. Remember to use the Shiny Beldum event! You might also want to consider getting a Manetric for your team. Just try to vary your types among your Pokemon team.
