Sigh... we've been through this already, since they're the only pokemon that can learn it, it isn't a signature move.

We are talking about the Pokemon games for the GBA, not just Ruby. And in FR and LG, those starters can learn those Elemental Hyper Beams. Also, the Psycho Boost Lugia is not found in a GBA game, so it does not count. There. I believe I have enforced loony's point.

Wrong. Nidoqueen can learn Superpower, and I think Nidoking can too. Although it's a crap move.

Well alls I'm saying that it isn't a sig. move unless it is the only pokemon that can learn that move (and the elemental beams are not sig moves).

Name one other pokemon besides Charizard who can learn Blast Burn, it's a sig move even though it sucks.

White Herb only has one use and is a waste of a hold item when the holder could be holding something like Leftovers.

I think he means like Grovyle and Marshtomp also being able to learn those attacks.
It doesn't matter. They are in the same evolution chain, so they're the same pokemon, just at different levels. Don't like it? Deal with it.
