Rayquaza is the best pokemon in the game, but you can only get him after you have defeted the elite four. But to get him go to sky pillar and use lots of ultra balls.

I echo that. On other forums I have an anti-Rayquaza slogan. Level 100 Rayquaza �?? a Blizzard from my level 86 Walrein kills it dead in an instant. Reason: its Special Defense is abysmal.

Rayquaza isn't too bad, but there are bigger fish (or dragons, in this case) out there.

You forgot how to get there, duh.
Get a Mach Bike and surf East from Pacifidlog Town. Have a look around for a passage through the rocks and you should find sky pillar. Work your way up the floors. To get accross the cracks you need to get on your bike and pedal for 2 steps before going on them. On the penultimate floor, you need to land on the middle two cracks near the top, after going round a circle.

you need to just keep moving and dont stop
