check the hints section if you want more info, but heres all i have.
since many people do not have acess to both ruby and sapphire, but they DO have acess to local retailers, and nintendo power magazine, nintendo decided to make a promotional ticket with which you can catch the other lati-- specie. to get this, you either have to mix records with comeone who has it, or unlock the mystery gift feature and have it beamed to you game through the ereader, and another gba.
then when you have it, you can get to southern island and catch whatever lati-- you dont have, its on level 50, holds a soul dew, and does not run away.

u get eon ticket with,ar or gameshark.u use it to get the southern island to catch,latios in sapphire and latias in ruby.and,just wondering,whats team untouchable?
