I believe him. He did the 'Pokemon in Slot 1' cheat, then used the 'Rare candy in PC' cheat to raise them to level 100.

well entei357 is my brother and i saw him raise his pokemon without cheats

I have completed my hoenn Dex, But i'm working on my National Dex. Does anyone know AR codes for any Kanto/Jhoto pokemon? Help would be nice!!!

It is kind of hard to believe that someone completed their pokedex in 2 days. In 2 days, I had about 21 pokemon in my pokedex without cheating. I don't know to believe or not.......
