Rayquaza: Get him at Shy Pillar

Deoxys: Use an Action Replay or Gameshark to get him.

In Pacifidlog, go east while staying close to the upper shore. There will be a small gap in there that will lead you to Sky Pillar. Make sure to bring a Mach Bike, and make sure to beat the E4 first, as you won't see the gap until you beat them.

To get Deoxys you can also get him from Pokemon Leaf Green and Red Fire by trading.

Can u tell me the AR code for Deoxys on Sapphire??? Saying u need AR or gameshark is useless w/o the code!

Although I have a newer AR, you can see if this code works. Sometimes they do work on older versions.
