How about we start a forum when we rate other peoples partys? I'll start it off:

Rayquaza lv 100
Fly, dive, outrage, Hyper Beam

Kyorge lv 100
Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Hydro Pump, Water Spout

Tyranitar lv 100
Flamethrower, Thunder, Hyper Beam, Foucus Punch

Latias lv 100
Surf, Dragon Claw, Mist Ball, Psychic

Suntorch (Sceptile) lv 100
False Swipe, Hyper Beam, Dragon Claw, Leaf Blade

Machamp lv 74 (training)
Submission, Cross Chop, Dig, Flamethrower

when you rate, it should be rated out of 10. For example a 10 out of 10 is the best team ever!

Rayquaza, Hyper beam isnt so good cuz of the recharge thing. I'm not too sure about outrage or dive either.
Kyogre, Thunderbolt can be repaced with thunder cuz of its drizzle ability. Take out a water attack and put in calm mind or something.
Tyranitar, Same as Rayquaza with hyper beam. Thunder could be replaced with thunderbolt on this one.
Latias, Switch mist ball for ice beam or something...
Suntorch, Hyper beam again... Everything else looks okay to me.
Machamp, Dig can be replaced with earthquake, its stronger.
I'll give you a 6/10, but im not as good a rater as some of the other people here, get more opinions.

9/10 but with your reyquaza i'd get rid of dive and hypr beam for flamethrower and icebeam.
