It's obvious Kanto's going to be in the games, as it won't be a true remake otherwise. Just half of a remake.

Yesh we do know for multiple reasons stated the best one would be the fact that the Pogezyman League is in the Kanto region.

I'd say the best reason is that it's a part of the story. Not just the Elite Four being there, but about half of the game was set in Kanto.

All the stuff after the E4 really. Plus, enraged fans could gather outside Nintendo headquarters to kill the president in response. Plus the very idea just sounds stupid.

I think Kanto will stay, I just hope that the storyline gives Kanto a bigger part.

I have played the game. Kanto IS there, I can confirm it. Also, Kanto is WAY different looking then it was in fire red and leaf green. Yes, you still get to fight Red. Prepare for an epic battle!
