While sorting through my PC boxes I decided to change some wallpapers, and noticed a bunch of Spare Wallpaper icons that are black and unselectable- are these wallpapers you can unlock? Create? Or something else?

Tis what I wanted to know. I don't see serebii saying anything about it though.

I knew about the guy but didn't really know what phrases to use. That's a useful link IA, thanks. I'll have to do that sometime when I can remember my ID off the top of my head...

Interesting. And a very odd way to unlock things- are/were people supposed to wait until certain phrases are said in-game?
