All I've been finding are females and I don't think ditto breeds with anything in this one like it did in the original gold/silver/crystal. what's up with that???

Clefairy has a 75-percent female/25-percent male ratio, you're just having bad luck.
And Ditto still breeds with almost everything.

I've tried breeding ditto with both jynx and eevee and the daycare man says they don't like each other, do they produce an egg anyway?
::EDIT:: I left a level 12 ditto in the daycare with an eevee until the ditto was level 15 and still no egg.

Yeah, ever since R/S he starts saying they don't like each other much even though they'll still breed

you were right, I looked it up and ditto does breed, it just takes longer.

For Cleffa, the ratio is 25 M, 75 F.
For Clefairy, the ratio is same as Cleffa.
For Clefable, the ratio is the same as Cleffa & Clefairy.
