I recently bred a charmander and the ivs were: 31/4-5/20-21/31/25-26/31 with a timid nature. Now im wondering if i should try to breed for another with more def/spD ivs. If u guys were in my situation would u guys keep it or try for another?

Put that Charmander in the daycare and give it an Everstone so the baby gets Timid most of the time.
Also, when an egg is created, 3 random IVS from both of the parents are inherited to the baby.
Youve got nothing to lose by breeding for better.
