Torterra: needs Razor Leaf, take one of those moves off for it. My suggestion, Frenzy Plant (you can take off another move for it if you want)

Dragonite: Perfect

Azelf: Horrible. (no offence) best combination in my opinion is Detect, Psychic, Calm Mind, and Extrasensory.

Giratina: fine as it is

Blastoise: Perfect

Blaziken: Take off Blast Burn for Slash. You already have Flamethrower, so you don't need 2 fire attacks.
May make random appearances every-so-often. Trying to officially return...
