Strategy: Try to get out the Waterlog Blastoise first before the other one. When Empoleon lv.X attacks, use blastoise's effect to attach energies to other pokemon. Keep Suicune in your hand till needed. Once Empoleon dies, play Suicune to get Empoleon or Blastoise back.
