I beat the 100th battle without switching pokemon and going back to the enterance, but I didn't get to choose from Cyndaquil, Chikorita, or Totodile. Thanks.=)

I think i know what happened. If you start from area 3 like the game lets you, then you wont get them.

Its probaly a glitch or something,try and start from Area 1(not a new challenge) And make your way up,if that dosent work then say so,I'll do some reserach on it

You can't change pokemon through the whole escapade, that's why.
