Hey does anyone know how to get into the Cipher base (not the lab) . The Cipher base is in the northern part of the desrt but I can't get there because the sand is too deep. How do you get there?

Okay....
Do you mean the S.S. Libra? (Note: You have to defeat Cipher in it first (no admins)) You need to go to Gateon Port, but Perr will tell you that he is in Kaminko's Manor, go look for Makan at Kaminko's manor to upgrade to the hover type. Go to the top of the Libra, and defeat the Cipher Peon. A peculiar man will let you rest, and you get to meet Bonsly. Go slowly to him, but an email will scare him away. Afterwards, he will tell you the location of the Key Lair. But on the way down, Snagem members will take your snag machine. You will be at the room the man was at. Go to the Key Lair, and defeat Zook. Go back to Pyrite town, talk to Secc, and go to Outskirt Stand. Battle Miror B., and go inside to talk to Hordel. You can buy PokeBalls and TimerBalls here. Before you talk to Hordel, Secc will email you about Snagem's Hideout. Hordel will overhear the message, and tell you the location of the Hideout. Go there, defeat the Peons and defeat Gonzap. Now go back to the Key lair. When the guards do not let you in, Gonzap and his Peon will do their thing and put the guards to sleep. Go inside now. You are in the Lair now.

You'll get a hover scooter by talking to Makan and he'll upgrade your scooter. You'll fisrt go to the S.S. Libra, then go to the Cipher Base, then go to the Snagem Hideout to defeat Gonzap and he'll be on your side. Then go to the Cipher Base and those two annoying guards will appear. Talk to them again and they want to battle you. Gonzap and his sidekick Wakin will come and Wakin's Gloom will use Sleep Powder on those guys and they will sleep and you will finally get in there.

It's the S.S. Libra and the ciphers base is the Shadow Factory.
To get to the S.S. Libra, you need to go to the crazy guy's house and go downstairs to the old guy. Talk to him and you will be at Gateon Port. Your scooter is upgraded and now you can go to the S.S.Libra.
