lugia: keep hydro pump, earthquake and featherdance. replace psycho boost with psychic. then get rid of featherdance for aeroblast when lugia gets to lv77. (long wait, but still. lol)
salamence: dragon claw, flamethrower, crunch and return if it likes you.
lapras: hydro pump, thunderbolt, ice beam and something else...
i dunno about the rest. (i attack rather than defend, by the way. so thats my idea of a moveset) ^ ^
