Well, it can have a maximum of 714 HP if you get a perfect 31 IV in HP, plus give it 252 HP EV's.

What a great name for a Blissey. ^_^

I have a Steelix called Calcium on Diamond now... I found a Calcium and went insane about it for no reason and then a Steelix popped up so I called it Calcium.
