It doesn't take much to purify, but it takes a while to make it happy.
Teach it new moves and Ev it, give it Vitamins for Stats, and I'm sure it'll evolve.

It depends on the cologne you use. I rocommend you to trade it to the guy that gave it to you, he'll give you zaprong, an elekid with a cool moveset.

i dont even understande what an ev or iv is. I already traded it to my little "portable" game will it be normal or hard to make happy there too?
