I have gold, silver, red, and special pikachu edition... what i wanted to know, is on the special pikachu edition, is is there any way you can get surfin pikachu without using game shark or pokemon stadium?

I think you can use a Gamecube game(or some other system,I think it's Gamecube though)it will let you get a surfing Pikachu,then you can play a mini game,at the guys house,south of Fushia.

Oops.I figured out,that you need,Pokemon Stadium,for NINTENDO 64.Not Gamecube.Lol.Sorry.

no u don't fluffychicken i promis i remember from myn but after i did it all my pikachu knew waz surf and i thought my game screwed up but it didn't it waz my gs i used after i tought my pikachu surf

The only way to get a surfing Pikachu is to use Pokémon Stadum or use a Gameshark. End of Story.

You can get him off of Action Replay, GameShark or Pokemon Stadium for N64 or Gamecube.
I moderate a lot of Pokemon forums, 2 to be exact, I love them, but I love Harry Potter games even more!

Sorry, you need Pokemon Stadium or Gameshark. You could go to a Nintendo Event, but there aren't very many any more...
