I NEED HELP!!

Okay. I'm in Vermillion City, hoping to get to Lt. Surge. The only problem--I can't get to the gym!
HELP ME, PLEASE!! (Does it have something to do with the boat, cuz it already left without me.)

Well, you were supposed to get Cut off the boat. And from what I know it wont leave until you get it. But that's all you need to do is teach one of your poke's CUT and vuala, you can get in to the gym. But inside the gym you cant get to Lt. Surge because the door is locked. But look around you and you will see all sorts of trash cans. The locks are hidden inside two of those trash cans and you have to get them in a row or they will reset the locks. Here's a hint, the locks are right next to each other.

Okay. I defeated Surge and got Squirtle. Now, where do I go? How do I move that thing? Do I use the Master Ball I got?

What thing are you talking about? Snorlax? Well after you beat Surge you need to go to Curulean and Cut the tree on the East side of the town. Then you go through Rock tunnel. And go to the Pokemon Tower after you go through Rock Tunnel. Ok? Hope I helped.

You did. Thanks. Oh...I'm sorry to keep bugging you...but...I went to Koga's gym (the one with invisible walls) and I battled everyone there and won. Where is the gym leader, and how do you get to him??

Well, Koga is the one in the middle. And you can see the wall. The wall is where the floor is dotted. So if you beat everyone in there, you'll have no problem finding Koga. You might want a Psychic type pokemon. Because Koga has mostly Poisin pokemon. Hope I helped.

Yup. Thanks. I'll post again if I have something else to ask...oh wait. One more thing. I figured out how to get into Saffron City, and I'm there. Then, there's the Silph Office building. How do I get to the boss?

Well, one the 4,5, or 6th floor, there is a guy at the bottom of the screen. Battle him, he'll be one of the rocket brothers. Then go on the portal, then come back. You will find a Key Card once you walk right for a minute. Use the key to unlock a door on the 3rd floor. Walk on the first portal you see. You'll battle your rival. Talk to the guy on the left wall and He'll give you a Lapras. Go down and find your way to the boss(it will be a clear path). Battle the Rocket Goon right before the door(you might want to heal your pokemon). Open the door and the boss will be at the very top wall.

use the master ball on 1 of the lendre dogs not on mewtwo and a tip to get 1 of the dogs is go to pallet town and go in a house and back out go in the grass if you dont find the dog keep on doing this you will have a better chance of finding it

Since Blue God is away I might as well step in.
I'll put these in simple steps for you and everyone else who got stuck somewhere in silph co. Ready?

1. Find the Card Key(5F).
2. On the 9th floor there are two seperate walls with three large plants lined up on the left.
3. at the bottom of these plants is a shutter the card key can open. One of the four rocket brothers will also be there.
4. If that is correct, the other side should have a few beds and a square with a dimond in it (a teleporter)on the left side.
5. This should lead to another room with a scientist and a hyper potion in it.
6. step on the next teleporter witch should lead to your rival.
7. The road from there on is one way.

Edit:
It's on the 5th floor.In the southern area, there is a rocket standing almost right under a teleporter. He's looking at the card key but it's too far for you to see it.
Get in front of him and follow that path.
