Now, use a potion on weepingbell, it shouldn't work, so try again. It should work, if not you'll have to start over the entire process including catching a weepingbell. Now your weeping bell is alive and all your pokedolls are all rare candies. Use 4 rare candies and a potion. Now, use 1 of your 2 leaf stones and it should evolve in to a victreebell. Now use your other leaf stone and it will evolve into a 9 9'99-990!!!
