Your team can go well, really. You have Grass,Fire,Electric and Poison/Ground. They All would go well after some more levels. But I wouldn'r recommend Butterfree. Its moves will not go well in Pokemon League.So,if you want to, I recommend using a ghost (Haunter,Gengar).
P.S: To reinforce your team with a water-type, defeat Lt.Surge of Vermilion Gym and talk to the policewoman(Officer Jenny) near the Gym.
She will give you a lv10 Squirtle, and you will have all three starters!

i think you should evolve your charmander and bulbasaur you could do well then as charmealion is good with killing grass pokemon (theirs a gym with just gras pokemon) and bulbasaur is good against misty but not a highenougth level.
