DLC for RE5 is due for release tommorow on both PSN and XBL.
The new DLC will add the versus mode to mercenaries. This new mode will have two gameplay types:
Slayers - 4 players compete against one another to kill as many majini as they can and increase their score.
Survivors- 4 players fight against eachother. This can be solo or team based.

Yeah it does, I got the DLC but I haven't played a match yet. Slayers is pretty much the same as playing mercenaries online which is pretty good. Survivors sounds great too.

eh i wont buy it.....i have the regular edition and im satisfied with it.
my goal is to get to play RE5 online. gotta get live tho..

The DLC adds an extra online mode to RE5 called versus which they did a great job with. Survivors mode which is part of versus is awesome.

Based on your previous posts it sounds like you might think it's a separate game, it's just an add-on to RE5.

No. Since you have a 360 you'll need to get the DLC from the XBL Marketplace.

The slayers and survivors sounds like the best prt i am so gittin RE 5 and XBL so i can download the DLC
