In here you can talk about new things you would like to be put in the sequel to this masterspeice.
I would like to see drug dealers on the side of the street that will sell you all types of drugs not just weed. It would also be neat if your character could be come addicted if he took to much, the same with alcholol he could become a alchololic. There should also be people that will sell you guns on the street in the alley ways. Another thing I would like is that if you could deal yourself and get full money for what you sell.

More gangs
Pedestrians who pack heat
A character who actually talks
Different cities to travel to
Also, it would be cool if you could choose which gang to roll with, like different ways the story can go
And if it was more RPG, so you could upgrade weapon skills, strength, stamina, speed
Also, it would be cool if the character customisation was more diverse, and if they had premade faces of celebrities like Lloyd Banks, The Game, Al Capone, Scarface, Jet Li etc.
And more nationalities to choose from

Leprekon your character does talk but only a few times in the game. Zelda they will not put Ford vehicles in Saints Row as wehicles are not licensed. Also I think the rap that they had in Saints Row 1 was great they had a great mix with Danger Mouse, Wu-tang Clan, and loads of other great artists.
