When u have beaten all three other gangs and watched the End Movie, can u keep on playing after that? Or do u have to start from your last Save before the end movie? If so, will u get the crib from the last gang that u beat before the end movie?

You should save before the end movie, you can't play after this and it takes you back to the main menu where all your unsaved progress will be lost.
