How do you unlock the samurai Job for custom characters, also how do you unlock spirit of Zasalamel discipline and which Job uses it?

Samurai can be bought from the items shop, though I'm not entirely sure how you get it in there. Try going through Chronicles of the Sword and you should eventually get it.
The 'Soul of Zasalamel' discipline is exclusive to those of the Saint job. Play through a certain amount of matches (not sure the exact amount) with a created character of the Saint job and you'll get it. You'll unlock two other disciplines before it (can't remember them right now) and if you continue you'll go on to unlock the Saint's final discipline, 'Soul of Talim'.
My advice is to create two characters of the Saint discipline and go to vs standard. Choose both characters and have it set to 1 round wins with player 2 at a 0% handicap. Start the fight and KO player 2. Because both Saint characters were part of it, it will count for 2 fights. To unlock all job disciplines, keep going for 50 fights, you'll unlock them all gradually.

Actually, Soul of Talim and Zasalamel are gained by a Saint and not a Sage from memory.

by getting a Saint Lv. 30 on Chronicles of the Sword,then you get Soul Of Talim and Soul of Zasalamel,to get the Samurai job...do a certain amount of battles,i prefer doing the Soul Arena battle "Survival" or doing "Tales of Souls"
