With the Blueprints from Ruddle and Rumina and the AI program you can bring back that broken down robot in Surferio city he turns out to be the best engineer in the game. (I have the guild to the game so I know who Ruddle and Rumina are so you may not unless you have the guild or some hints to go by. Happy Gaming.

I never met Ruddle and Rumina.. Can I Still meet them even though i've finished the game? If so, Where?
