it is at Kirlsa. when your in the town of kirlsa go to the bottom right of the map, and go down the stairs. there'll be an entrance here that was blocked earlier. its not in the caverns if thats what your thinking

run into Kirlsa. Then, run right to the bottom of the map. Keep goig down the stairs there and you'll be there. BTW, there are some really strong *** boses there, so I would reccomend you to create a oriachilum and synthasise it into your weapons. They give you a attack boost on 500+.
