Get luigi and go to the land by the waterfall. Turn so your back is facing the fence, and backflip over to the small square of land by the castle. Now comes the tricky part. Turn your back to the big hill, and jump and scuttle onto it. Right when you hit the ground, jump and skuttle backwards again. Keep doing it, and you will be able to get to the top. It's hard, but I've done it. At the top, there is a bunny (Super mario slots), three 1-ups, and a power flower (pretty useless). If you need more help doing this, go to youtube.com and search "super mario 64 DS" and you will find a few videos on it.
