the shining rabbits come when you have 80 stars. i have a way to get 8 in like 10 mins.
become yoshi and as you should know there are 3 rabbits outside the door to the castle. walk in and out of the castle while having a glance if any of the rabbits are silver. keep repeating this ans you should end up catching 8 glowing rabbits in like 10 mins

Luigi- Go to big boos haunt as Mario, and there should be a room with a panel that you can tip over while on. Aslo in that room should be a red box, hit it float up and there a not so secret room with a Luigi painting. Jump in and the level is easy.

Wario- To get him, be Luigi andd go upstairs, youll see a rabit but ignore him now. Go right and look for a door that has a giant mirror in it. There should be some pedistals with flowers on them, get the flower and on the right is a Wario painting, and like Luigi's painting, it's easy to beat.
And once you got the Wario key, stay in the mirror room, get a flower and go back into the mirror, go through the mirror door and theres a secret star.

the last one is on the roof of the castle and you need 150 stars to get up
