yes the 151st star.it is where you control ll of the chracters and you fly around the castle but it is slightly different. then i want to know how to get the 152nd star.

dont u have to maneuvere into the giant glass window with peach on the front of the castle?

on some websites it says go to the sky level with the castle and long jump into a flowerbed and hit a box.

i think i know what you are talking about. is it a secret place with every cap and a lot of boxes? if so, you can get there via AR.

One of the stars is not supposed to be in a level. And you have to get the fake star, to get 151 stars...it's to late for me, since I already have gotten the real star in the level..

I think the fake star you guys are talking about, is at the end of the game. After you beat the 3rd and final Bowser, he disappears and a star comes out. It does NOT count as an actual star, and Princess Peach is in it, then prepare for some credits. And the sky level with the castle? I think it's Rainbow Ride. You must be in the room with the door leading to the "endless stairs" to get to it. That's about all I can help you guys with for now. Bye!

Make sure that you do not collect the red coin in the first room, as well as the red coin in the last room in the black box. Get the other six coins. Then, use Wario to break the black box and collect the seventh red coin, then fall into the hole. You will appear in the first room. Collect the eighth red coin. You will hear a chime that reveals the star, but not see the star. Go to the last room without falling, dying, or choosing the wrong door. You will see two stars, Note: If you never collected the star before, it will make two yellow stars, but when you will pick up the other star it will not count in your star total.
P.s. I have the original Super mario 64..so I know there is suppost to be 150 stars but there isn't! and I DO read the backs of boxes...only when I bored or on the way home..or something like that...

hold on.... there might be a 151st star.... on the super Mario 64 (nin 64)
there are only 120 or 130 stars i forgot.... anyway i saw someone get 172 stars but it might've been a cheat code...P.S. do any of you know some cheat codes for this game?

i know about that box level but how do i get there? i tried the peach mural.... blasting cannon and flying method.. but combined might do it... just tell me how to get there.. do i need action replay?

there is no ar code for 151 stars just the 150 stars and the 172 stars must have been a cheat or a really good glitch
