Don't know so much about minigames, but I always thought Race To The Finish would be brilliant with two players. All they need to do is make it longer, put in a lot more hazards and less empty space, and it'd be perfect.

they already do have minigames they should add more like a race with up to 4 players doging obstacles while fighting
