Yoshi is going to be confirmed for sure. He was in SSB and SSBM and is associated with Nintendo. There is a 1% chance of Yoshi not getting confirmed.

I really wont Sora or Raiko from Kingdom Hearts because there awesome. Do you think Zelda will turn into Shiek again because Shiek and Kirby are my best characters.

Why the hell did Nintendo have to go and confirm all the retarded characters first? I'm talking about all the characters who are returning. The new characters look great (especially Metaknight), but Nintendo are surely pi$$ing me off by confirming all the characters I couldn't care less about (except Fox, who was one of my favourites in Melee, although I am worried that they've changed him for the worse. Link is okay, but seeing as I naturally hate Link it means he's pretty much with all the others).
Anyway, as for potential, from what I've seen Metaknight is looking to be the best out of all the confirmed characters, new and old, closely followed by Fox. If Nintendo has the brains to include them (50:50 chance, by my reckoning), Marth, Falco, Ganondorf, Captain Falcon and the Doc will all have great potential.

I would have to dissagree with you Volke. Solid Snake, and Zero Suit Samus are looking the best of the new characters.

It was a close call on opinions, but judging by some Metaknight videos I've seen, he looks like he plays quite like Marth (and Roy too, but Roy is a pretty lame character [pretty much a bad Marth clone], especially compared to Marth and other high tier characters). Solid Snake appears to use fightning techniques, quite like Captain Falcon's and Ganondorf's (although he seems to posses Captain Falcon's agility) from Melee. Zero Suit Samus seems to be quite like Marth with a lightsaber-blaster gun combo (kind of like a Gunblade, but futuristic and Star Wars-like). Pit looks like he'll be a Link with two swords, which is no bad thing because Link was one of the better characters in Melee, I just don't like who Link is in general. Wario will probably be unique, and I'm looking foreward to him as much as the other new characters.
Incase you're wondering, I haven't seen any recent videos, and some inquires of mine were geniously created after a few interviews and other interpretations of developers that I've read/heard about.

All but one of my favourite Linkin Park songs contain very little to no rapping.
I have to say though, Solid Snake really does look like he'll be similar to Melee's Catain Falcon.

Marth needs to be brought back so baaaad! All of the other swordsmen are slow and heavy.
He would do so good compared to Link as long as Roy stayed out of the picture.
