Yes it's only in the US Site.
The reason they pushed it back,was to make sure they game is it's best for us to play,and the extra developing time they have,they will try and add some more stuff to it.
So yeah it's basically just to make sure it is it's best so we can enjoy it for years to come.

never mind... i did some research and it turns out that the first smash bros was origianally made in america, but japan took over with melee. Im assuming that America started to create brawl but japan took over...
