Your Tier List

That just means that they are good with that character, and there is nothing wrong to think that a character you are good with is top tier.

As I've said, not everybody has to agree with your tier list. I just thought that making one would A: be interesting B: Be beneficial for players that don't have a man character C: be a fun thing to compare what we view as good characers.

Well I wasn't telling anybody that there list was wrong, I just like being further educated on why test's list has fox and falco higher then wolf, I'm not saying he's wrong, and I'm sure he has a good reason. Anyways are we allowed to ask questions about other peoples tiers in this thread, or is that not allowed? I'm asking you cause youre the one who created the thread.

Also I'm not saying my tier list was right(anyone who followed my last thread knows I am humen, and am often wrong lol) as I said I just like getting more educated on why someone is higher then someone els(last time someone actually told me some reasons why, and changed my views) so again my main question is are we allowed to ask questions on other peoples tiers?

Also I agree with you oli about people basing tiers on how they play(which is stupid) although I put diddy who I love using mid tier, so I don't think I'm letting my playing stlye cloud my judgement.

Yes, you can definately comment and ask questions (heck, it's mainly the purpose of the thread), but try not to do it in a negative way by saying "your tier list is all WRONG! I know all of the answers!"

And Diddy isn't really that bad. I ranked him mid tier.

Can someone explain to me how falco and fox are higher tier then wolf?

And how snake is so good? I can't seem to get good with snake, and want to know his moves that are good to use.

Just my opinion, I feel that he is a top tier, hes a great edge Guarder. Exactly how you feel about the Olimar.

Tier's are based on how easy a character is to play with, not tourney results.

Honestly, I'd have to agree with you there. I can't find a way for wolf to be worse than Fox/Falco.

Based on my own experiences and from what I've heard from various sources, his recovery is just generally much worse than Falco and Fox based on the changes it has over them and despite his blaster doing the most damage, the most effective blaster tactic would be fast and rapid fire followed by dodging to the other side of the stage and then continuing from there; he'd be the worse of the three as such.

Also, you'll find that while I did state there was no real order within tiers, within the actual middle tier itself, generally those in the top half are comparable to those in the High tier; only they lack certain qualities - in Wolf's case the little things that make Fox/Falco better than him.

Tier lists are the cancer that is killing SSBB.

Olimar is high tier at least though and thats not because i main him.

Heck i'd rather he be bottom tier so all the tier whores dont play him cos hes top.

Snake is top tier because he can DACUS the best out of all the characters on the game.

He has SAF in his recovery meaning it cant be gimped at all.

Smash worthy jabs and tilts.

Long range missiles that can pressure people returning to the edge.

Grenades that you can L/R drop so you can throw them as real items.

Nice aerial game if you know what your doing.

So basically Snake is top tier. I know these things =]

I'll probably make my tier list sometime today whenever i can be bothered.

His recovery is pretty much the same. Fox, Falco, and Wolf all have pretty fast side b recoveries. Wolf's just aim's up a bit, so you'll have to use it a little later to hit the edge.

As for the blasters, I found Wolf's more effective than Fox's, though less effective than Falco. I played PD using Wolf (he was Marth), and it worked pretty well to rack up enough damage to kill him. Fox doesn't have the power in his blaster, or the slight recoil for the time you need to dodge.

But despite that, Fox and Falco don't have the same power as Wolf. Wolf's regular A combo is enough to send people flying, and if you need a constant strike, you just have to time the A button pushing accordingly.

Just my thoughts. This is good discussion
