The person who won was a Spin Attack spamming Link.
The reason why it was bad was because the rules weren't set up correctly.

That "tourney", if you can even call it that, was terrible for alot of reasons, as I've heard...
1. No unlockables, meaning limited character selection and few fair stages.
2. Free For All matches.
3. 5-minute TIMED matches.
4. It was free---this may seem fine and dandy for people that want to enter, but by having an entry fee, you get rid of a fair amount of the people who suck because they don't care enough to pay.
5. Tons of people got the shaft by being unaware that you had to call ahead to register.
6. It was overglorified and advertised, meaning the winner actually gets recognized even though he sucks ***.
And as long as this topic is here, we may as well show the vid of the final match. It's pathetic. It really is, in EVERY aspect:
