Alakazam

b^teleport- teleports up, then in a direction you choose (tilt control stick in your chosen direction after the first teleport).

b>psychic- does 30% damage, can charge for 7 seconds, max damage is 60%.

bv: recover (recovers 20% every 3 seconds).

b: spoon boomerang: Staels an item fom a random opponents with a spoon thrown moven by psychic power (if opponents doesn't hav an item, will do 5% damage).

a:psywave-releases a quick wave of psychic that can travel a short distnce (does 10% damage).

smash>:ice punch (freezes opponents for 10 seconds, does 20% damage
gains 5% damage for every 2 seconds held).

smash^:Fire punch (punches upward with a fiery blast, burn lingers for 5 second, 5% damage, 5% damage for every second with bburn).

smashv: reflect:For 6 seconds, protects body from all hits, including throws projectiles, hits from opponents,bomb-ombs.

Damage to Alakazam is double the normal damage, easiest character to KO.

side step dodge: dissapears for 4 seconds, then re-appears.
side dodge: dissapears, then re-apears a short distance away.
mid-air dodge:dissapears for 4 seconds, then re-apears in the smae spot.

(ho-oh can fly like kirby but infinite times)

b=razor wind-ho-oh pauses and is surrounded by a whirlwind,blasting enemies away
up b=sky attack-ho-oh pauses and shoots forward,damaging enemies
side b=flame wheel- ho-oh becomes an orb of fire(like yoshi's egg roll)
down b=fire spin/sacred fire-chargable, creates a fire tornado areond ho-oh, does sacred fire when fully charged( like out of poke ball)
a=fury attack
smash side=drill peck
smash down=wing slam
smash up=beak clamp
tilt side=wing slap
tilt up=crest blaze
tilt down=tail swipe
midair neutral=ember
midair forward=peck
midair down=fury swipes
midair back=tail whip
midair up=beak slam

Mapez Flame

A- Whack, hits normally with his fighting staff (stick).

A A- Bam, hits enemy slightly upward.

A A A - Crash, slams staff on the ground.

B (hold)- Solar Charge, once fully charged, attacks will be powered up with fire.

B - Spinning Blaze, dashes and spins left or right, constantly burning enemies. When used in air, will flot briefly.

B Up - Savage Inferno, Flys upward, covered in fire, whilts shooting fireballs in front.

B DOwn - Supernova, Explodes, destroting nearby enemies.

Here's another Pok'emon. I'm using moves from the current generation, and moves that match Rukario's Steel-Fighting types which are also some of my own.
Rukario(or Lucario)
B-Focus Punch-Almost the same thing as Ganondorf's Warlock Punch.
B>-Metal Punch-Rukaro lunges foward and throws a heavy punch.
Bv-Low Kick-Rukario crouches and sweeps out the opponent from under their legs in a circular motion.
B^-Meteor Mash-Rukario leaps up and puts out both arms foward to attack the opponent in any direction. Very fast, and also the recovery move.

Homer! (im serious)

Koopa Paratroopa

B-Shell Escape: similar to Nayru's love, does minimal damage but blocks all attacks while in shell- 8%
B^Feather Dive: despite name, moreso like Fire Fox, flies in a flurry of deadly feathers, electric damage- 13%
BvHip-Drop: Exactly like Yoshi's Bv- 15%
B>Twister: much like Egg Roll, Koopa becomes a whirling tornado to damage opponents and launch them into air, duration depending on charge time- 10-20%

Smashes:

A> Headbutt: uhmm so Yoshi's A smash =P- 10-18%
A^ Wing Strike: crouches down and flaps wings violently above him- 10-18%
Av Backspin: rotates on back of shell 360 radius- 12-22%

Aerials

> Shell Pop: Koopa retracts his head into shell and then blasts it out forward- 18%
< Sex Koopa: Kicks backwards like Mario's bair- 10%
v Shell Stuff: Swings shell violently downward with force to make koopa flip forwards from the exertion- meteor 21%
^ Wing Attack: Koopa spins on his side with wings spanned, does repetitive strike damage up to 4 times, followed by final smash- 4% wing spin, 8% final blow

Second jump: much like Ness's psychic arc or Yoshi's flutter kick, but since Koopa is lighter than both Ness and Yoshi, he floats a bit higher/further afterwards.

Taunt: Koopa suspends himself about a foot off the ground with one foot almost touching, and makes the distinctive mario game "Koopa call" (if you dont know what i mean by that, then you've never played a super mario game before in your life...)

yeah...I always wanted paratroopa in the game... Looks possible for revolution version though
