I like your idea of a mega man but I was thinking more along the lines of a smaller faster, slightly less powerful version of Samus, Though he might do a transform like Zelda/Shiek into other versions of himself like the electric or tornado shot

hi i am new to supercheats and my created character is chav mario.for his taunt his chains will grow really big and he will say"dissin me dissin me dissin me"and when he does the up and b attack then instead of coins coming out it is rings instead.and if you are trying to get back on the level but someone is edge-guarding then you just press z and a chain will come out from around his neck(it will take a while for him to get it off his neck though when he thinks it is going to be the end of his life and he is falling.it will act like links and young links hooks where they grab onto a wall just below the ledge.

Gangsta mario. mario, but his over-B he pimp-slaps them around. his down-b is he shoots guns out to the side of him. Hes is also dressed in a purple suit and a yellow tie with a top hat but a little shorter on the top and aviators. His B he throws deadly money(hard and sharp $100s). And finally his pose is peach appears and they make out real quick.

Nose pearces i like it.
Homeless Mario. His clothes are all ripped and dirty. On his over-B he uses a "Will work for food sign" On his grab, you see him pull money from their clothes. His pose, he sits on his knees with a cup and yells "give me money, PLEASE!!!!!" He can throw trash instead of fireballs.
im too tired to finish him, maybe later.

All of the moves would make you blow up and kill everybody on the screen for the character ummm...ummmm...JOE lol

That's a little too strong of a character though. The game doesn't stay fun like that.
