Since I can't CCDI very well, I want all of you other pros out there to try it...
CCDIS- Crouch Cancel Directional Influence Shine
It probably sucks, but it might help... as Fox, have you ever noticed how shining in midair freezes you in one spot for a moment? Well, that exactly what this is about...
Basically, this is how it goes:
1. Crouch Cancel an attack at a very high %
2. DI toward the source of the attack the instant you get hit
3. If you are in a stable position while whirring at high speed through the air (or ground), SHINE
...If done properly, you might be able to break the momentum from the foe's blow.
Again, this can only be done with FOX or FALCO. The problem is, if you flailing through the air like a Pikachu on crack, the Shine half of this may not function.
Try this out.

well, that would definitely increase fox/falco's poor survivability. a technique worth looking into, although ccdi'ing something would require a lot of good reflexes/prediction. some other attacks temporarily break momentum somewhat. nothing completely eliminates the momentum from being hit, though.
now we just need something that gives fox and falco good recoveries ^^

I TRIED to do this the other day when Gea was over, because I always shine during recovery anyways, but my CCDI timing isn't the greatest yet. >.> It does theoretically make sense, so I want to experiment with it some.

I'm very good, maybe I could beat you... I can take out 3 level 9 CPs on a team against me easily enough, but would that be enough to take you out?
