It is possible to do things like that in photoshop, but not in the real game itself.

Saw the pic too, it was called 'dewluigi', with shadow, sonic, tails, DK. jr, Dixie Kong, Warrio, Mega Man, Shy Guy, Raichu, Zelda and Shiek as seperate characters, Waluigi and more. Was that the pic u saw?

of course it can't be gotten within the game. i mean, look at the proportions - tv screens are wider than they are high.

That is not ture for every TV screen. Todays TVs apply to that but some older ones were squares. I still don't think it can be real though.
