i did it once in the orginal if u do it when some 1 is right 1 cm near u it makes them aslleep

Down B makes Jigglypuff alseep but hurts the oppponent bad, only when made contact. This can be used for Event 51.

It's actually if you are right next to them or not. If you are one centimeter away, it will be regular. If you are right next to them, it's a super punch. Sorry for going off the handle like that.

people seem to think jigglypuff is a bad character, but if you can master her she really is a good one. her rest attack isnt one of her most reliable, but it has its advantages

rollout is good, and it can be used as a recovery move too, seeing as how light jigglypuff is and getting thrown about everywhere.

Very true. Which is also why I can see why Jigglypuff gets a million puff jumps too. Even a little puffball can be dangerous while asleep @_@
